Applying for a program "Scholarships" Through Line Revenue Interests And Capabilities (PMDK). If I was declared "Passed" selection, as prospective students receiving "scholarship", I will comply with all provisions and rules established by the University Gunadarma.

For your consideration, attached conditions are required:

1. Photocopy of identity card (KTP / K.Pelajar / SIM / Passport) 1 (one) sheet.
2. Latest Photograph (color) size 3x4, 2 (two) pieces.
3. Photocopy of proof of bank deposit / registration fee deposit slip.
4. Photocopy of report cards that legalized semester IV, 1 (one) sheet.
5. Photocopy charter award / certificate (if any), each 1 (one) sheet.
6. A letter from the principal or a representative.
7. Photocopy of ID card of parents, 1 (one) sheet.
